So try to imagine what you want to remember.
For example, you might remember an important date in history by visualizing the scene in your mind's eye with the date written in large letters before the visualization.
Concentration
Focus your attention on just one thing. Visualization will help strengthen your concentration.
If you read, you should concentrate on what you are reading, asking yourself, “Does this material serve my purpose?”
Repetition
When difficulties arise with memorizing information from a textbook, you need to repeat the procedures of association, visualization and concentration.
First, break the information into categories to create associations, then visualize the material to enhance concentration.
