If the code is not +7, then there is a very high probability that someone is going to use a fraudulent scheme against you.
A short number like 700, 800, etc. may belong to commercial organizations. But in most cases, people are called from such numbers for the purpose of advertising goods or services.
Another catch may be that scammers often use numbers that are similar to those belonging to large companies. The difference may be insignificant.
Pay special attention to calls made via instant messengers. They are actively used by scammers.
The same applies to messages from unknown users.
In addition, it should be remembered that the account of a relative or friend could be hacked and on his behalf the scammers may ask to transfer N amount of money.
