Imagine: you are making a cake, but you are too lazy to whip cream with a mixer. Or you just don’t have one.

Or you are at your dacha, where you have nothing at hand except a jar of cucumbers. No problem! Take a regular glass jar with a lid - the same one in which you store buckwheat.

Pour in chilled cream with a fat content of at least 30%, add a couple of spoons of powdered sugar, close the lid and start shaking. Yes, like a cocktail shaker.

After two minutes, your hands will get tired, but after five, the cream will turn into a thick foam. The trick is that when you shake it, the fat globules in the cream burst and bind, creating an airy texture.

If you are too lazy to shake it yourself, involve your children - it will be a fun game for them. Or put the jar in your backpack and go for a walk - while you walk, the cream will whip itself.

And if you suddenly overdid it and got butter, don't worry. Add garlic and herbs to it - it will make a great spread for sandwiches

Another secret: if the cream does not whip well, chill the jar in the freezer for 10 minutes before using. And remember: no low-fat products - they do not work.
