The air temperature in August is slightly above normal with a pronounced heat anomaly.
The precipitation deficit will reach 20-30% with an average air temperature of plus 21 degrees.
"August will be dry," Yevgeny Tishkovets, a leading specialist at the Phobos weather center, told RIA Novosti .

The weather forecaster explained that in August in Central Russia the average monthly air temperature will remain normal.
In Moscow at this time the daytime temperature will be plus 21.5 degrees Celsius, at night – up to plus 12 degrees.
During August, the climate will return to normal. However, dry periods will be observed.
In August, the precipitation deficit may amount to 30% with the norm being 78 millimeters in the west and south of the country.
Tishkovets emphasized that the rains and coolness at the beginning of the month will not affect the warm weather in the future – up to 19-24 degrees during the day.
