It has become known that one of Moscow's restaurants has suspended operations.
During the inspection, violations were discovered at the Moremania restaurant, and it was decided to suspend the establishment’s operations.
RIA Novosti reports this with reference to information confirmed by the press service of the Babushkinsky Court of the capital.
The district court ruled that the catering establishment had violated sanitary and epidemiological standards.
As a result, the restaurant called Moremania was closed for 60 days.
Circumstances of the case
In December, Rospotrebnadzor organized an unscheduled inspection of catering establishments in the capital.
As a result, violations were identified in the operation of the Moremania establishment. 73 kilograms of food products were removed from sale, including both semi-finished products and raw materials.
It is noted that this chain already came to the attention of Rospotrebnadzor in the summer. The revealed violations of sanitary and epidemiological requirements forced the agency to close the operation of another cafe in Moscow for 90 days.
At that time, approximately 279.3 kilograms of food products that did not meet standards were withdrawn from sale.
