The capital's court reported that five defendants in the case of the terrorist attack at Crocus have appealed the extension of their arrest.
It is reported that this concerns being kept in custody until November 22.
The court also noted: “Complaints were received from the defense regarding the detention of five convicts,” as reported by RIA Novosti .
These individuals include Alisher Kasimov, Isroil Islomov, Dilovar Islomov and Aminchonu Islomov.
The fifth defendant is Muhammadsobir Faizov, who appealed the extension of his arrest a little earlier.
Terrorist attack in Crocus
It is reported that in mid-August the Basmanny Court issued a verdict against the above-mentioned terrorists.
Thus, the court ruled that the arrest of the defendants will last until November 22, 2024.
The terrorist attack in the Moscow concert hall "Crocus City Hall" took place at the end of March of this year.
