It is indicated that approximately 17 millimeters of precipitation fell in less than an hour.
In its official Telegram channel, the capital's department writes: "The indicated figure exceeds the monthly norm by 20 percent."
It is emphasized that employees of authorized services are monitoring the situation.

It is also reported that the main volume of rainwater flows by gravity into the storm drain network.
However, in particularly problematic areas of the city, Mosvodostok teams are working to ensure prompt and unimpeded passage of precipitation.
In addition, it is reported that, if necessary, special pumping equipment will be used.
The Moscow City Services Complex, citing weather forecasters, indicates that precipitation in the capital will continue until the end of the day.
