The Moscow prosecutor's office reported that a 28-year-old male was taken into custody for attacking a gas station worker.
It is indicated that the suspect struck the gas station employee at least twice, after which the victim died.
On their official Telegram channel, the police stated: “The detainee is accused of committing a crime under Part 4 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.”
The said article provides for criminal liability for intentional causing of serious harm to a person’s health, resulting in his death.

It is emphasized that the incident occurred yesterday, September 6, 2024.
The suspect arrived at the gas station and then got into a fight with a gas station employee.
It is indicated that the victim received at least two blows to the head, after which he lost his balance, fell onto the asphalt and hit his head.
At the moment, law enforcement officers are investigating all the circumstances of this incident. Investigative measures are underway.
