Realtors mistakenly asked for 16 billion rubles for an apartment in Moscow.

They mistakenly listed the apartment for sale for more than $150 million.

Housing in a historic Moscow building built in 1896 was sold for more than 16 billion rubles instead of 150 million, RIA Novosti reports.

The cost of a five-room apartment of 223 square meters in Varsonofevsky Lane exceeded 16 billion rubles.

An advert for the sale of housing for 15.5 billion appeared on an advert website.

Initially, the price of the apartment exceeded 16 billion rubles. However, later on the site the price was updated and decreased.

Now the cost of an apartment in a monolithic brick building is almost 150 million rubles.
