A narcotic substance was found in a man's car in the southeast of Moscow. The Moscow Agency reports details with reference to the press service of the Moscow traffic police department.

According to the press service, a decision was made to conduct a personal search. The police officers managed to find packages of drugs on him.
They also noted that after the examination it became clear that the substance found was heroin.
