The Moscow prosecutor's office reported that two troublemakers initiated a fight on Zhulebinsky Boulevard.
It is emphasized that the male individuals born in 1994 and 2005 grossly violated public order.
In its official Telegram channel, the department states: "The men behaved disrespectfully towards society. They acted in a group of people."
It is emphasized that the above-mentioned crime occurred out of hooligan motives in the presence of third parties.
It is also indicated that the troublemakers first threatened violence and then used it against citizens.
Case details
The above-mentioned perpetrators are accused of committing a crime under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The employees of the Kuzminsky inter-district prosecutor's office and the court decided to place the troublemakers in custody.
An investigation into this incident is currently underway and investigative measures are underway.
