Experts have suggested how much Wildberries will have to pay for the tallest skyscraper in Moscow City.
A 400-meter building can cost the marketplace representatives between 75 and 130 billion rubles.
This opinion was expressed by business consultants interviewed by RIA Novosti journalists.
Earlier, information appeared that the Wildberries company intends to purchase a building under construction located near the Bagration Bridge.
The height of the future skyscraper will be about 400 meters, making it the tallest office building in the capital.
CORE.XP specialist Andrey Trubachev suggested that the final amount of the deal to purchase the skyscraper could cost the company 75-80 billion rubles.
At the same time, other experts think differently. Ivan Tereshin, director of the SRG Group's "Major Deals Support" business, suggested that the construction of the building would cost 60 million rubles.
However, depending on the form of payment, its final cost could rise to 100 billion.
