The "Queen of Marathons" was unable to pay two performance fees of 1,000 rubles each.
Moreover, she has a traffic police fine of 500 rubles, RIA Novosti writes, citing case materials.
The Savelovsky Court of Moscow will begin to consider the merits of Blinovskaya's case on Wednesday.
The bailiffs plan to collect the unpaid fine and two enforcement fees from the blogger.
What is Blinovskaya accused of?
Blogger Blinovskaya was arrested for tax evasion in April 2023.
With the help of her husband, she underpaid taxes in the amount of 918 million rubles.
Blinovskaya was also suspected of illegal money laundering.
After his arrest, the blogger remains in pretrial detention until the court decides on the case.
