A sentence was passed in the capital against a Muscovite who illegally kept more than a dozen animals on his property.
The court ordered the man to get rid of his pets, which were disturbing his neighbors.
The RIA Novosti agency has become familiar with the corresponding verdict of the Savelovsky Court of Moscow.

Based on the case materials, the defendant owns property with a TSN located in the Vladimir region. However, these properties are not intended for livestock farming.
As it turned out, the Muscovite not only kept a dozen dogs on the property, but also kept a horse.
The man's neighbors became concerned because the animals were roaming freely.
Some dogs got out of the Muscovite's plot and scared passers-by. Local residents were unhappy because of the stench, the abundance of flies in the summer and rodents, as well as the violation of the silence regime due to the barking of dogs.
Having studied the people’s complaints, the court granted the claim of the TSN management and ordered the man to transfer the animals to specialized shelters.
