This was announced by the Deputy Director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, Kirill Tudriy, on the air of the Good Morning program on Channel One .

With the arrival of the cyclone, the long-awaited autumn rains began to fall in the capital region.
Precipitation, which has been expected for a long time, is appearing, noted forecaster Tudriy.
In addition, stronger wind gusts are expected, with speeds reaching 18 meters per second.
According to the expert's forecast, low temperatures will not remain in Moscow for long.
Already at the beginning of next week, an anticyclone will bring warmth back to the capital.
It will be warmer again during the day, no precipitation and sunny, the meteorologist assured.
According to him, the peak of the cold snap will occur on September 30.
Thus, after short-term rains, warm weather will return to Moscow.
