Sberbank experts analyzed the cost of secondary housing in Moscow.
It has been revealed in which areas of the capital you can find the most inexpensive housing.
RIA Novosti reports this with reference to statistics provided by the financial organization.
Having analyzed the offers on the market, experts came to the conclusion that the most inexpensive housing can be found in the Voronovo, Bekasovo and Krasnopakhorsky districts of the Troitsky district of the capital.
Here you can buy a 35 square meter apartment for 4.7 million rubles. That's how much secondary housing costs in Voronovo.
In Krasnopakhorsky district, prices start at 5.5 million rubles, in Bekasovo - at 5.8 million.
In second place is the Zelenograd District, where prices start at 7.5 million rubles. The top three in terms of cheap housing is rounded out by the Novomoskovsky Autonomous District, where the cost of apartments with an area of 35 square meters starts at 7.1 million rubles.
