The police reported that all perpetrators of illegal actions have been detained.

All the circumstances of the incident are being established.

It is noted that not only adults, but also minors acted as arsonists.

There are also elderly citizens among those detained.

It is known that the fires were started using fireworks.

The police reported that a total of 5 ATMs at different addresses in Moscow were damaged.
