A video of a girl on a leash being walked in a Moscow hookah bar turned out to be staged.
It turned out that both heroines of the provocative video are friends of the same age.
Olga Yaroslavskaya, the Commissioner for Children's Rights in Moscow, shared this information on her Telegram channel.
Earlier, a video quickly spread on social networks, in which a girl quad biker is allegedly being walked on a leash by her “mother”.
The video takes place in one of Moscow's hookah bars. A girl in a cat mask behaved like a pet, trying to play with the establishment's visitors and staff like a pet.
Yaroslavskaya took control of the incident, as a result of which it turned out that the heroines of the video were two adult girls.
According to the children's commissioner, the girls were filming a promotional video, which ended up attracting a lot of unwanted attention.
A representative of the Moscow authorities expressed hope that in future such cases will be covered more responsibly, so as not to attract unhealthy interest, especially from minors.
