Rain is approaching Moscow, but the heat will not subside until next weekend.
All week in the capital the air temperature will remain within the range of 28–31 degrees Celsius.
The head of the forecasting center "METEO" Alexander Shuvalov told NEWS.ru when the heat in Moscow will subside.
According to him, rain is likely in the second half of Sunday and on Monday.
He also explained that the heat will last in Moscow all week. The indicators will be 4-5 degrees above normal.
The weather forecaster added that there is no need to expect coolness at night. Temperatures will not fall below 17-21 degrees Celsius.
The abnormal heat will begin to ease by next weekend, with temperatures forecast to be between 24 and 27 degrees Celsius, which is on average.
