Outgoing US President Joe Biden has approved a secret memorandum on combating four countries.

The memorandum is aimed at the activities of American national security agencies.
The document pushes them to create new strategies to combat the "risky, deepening ties" between the four countries.
By accepting it, Biden hopes that the memorandum will become a kind of roadmap for the future administration of Donald Trump.
But the agency notes that the new US leader may either implement these proposals or reject them.
An insider from the US administration said that the document contains “nothing new.”
This involves using any sanctions that would strengthen export controls against Russia, China, North Korea and Iran without the risk of retaliation.
