It is noted that the first building to be banned was the Russian Center for Science and Culture. The measures came into force on October 24 and were the result of a lawsuit filed by a Ukrainian energy company.

As it turns out, five more Russian real estate properties have been seized.

We are talking about real estate on the Åland Islands (3 properties), as well as a residential building located in the Töölö district of Helsinki and an office building on the island of Lauttasaari.

It is not specified who owns these real estate properties.

It is noted that Russian diplomats did not receive official notification that the RCSC building was seized. The diplomatic mission of the Russian Federation is working to clarify the current situation.
