Let us recall that the head of state’s son was charged with abuse of prohibited substances and possession of a Colt pistol.

In addition, he was accused of willful tax evasion in the amount of approximately 100 thousand dollars.

Despite the fact that Joe Biden had previously denied the possibility of pardoning his son, he eventually took this step, which caused a wave of indignation in the United States. In particular, Trump called his colleague's decision a violation of the rules of justice.

Vyacheslav Volodin shares the same point of view. In his opinion, it will now take decades to restore public trust.

Such decisions, the State Duma Chairman believes, primarily harm the reputation and authority of the American president.
