Armenia no longer considers itself a member of the CSTO, Nikol Pashinyan said.
The Prime Minister of the Republic also said that returning to the organization is no longer possible.
Pashinyan stressed: “As for the documents at the summit in Kazakhstan, we are not vetoing, but freezing participation.”

He also noted in his speech to parliament that Armenia, in essence, considers itself outside the CSTO. This is stated in the TASS article.
Pashinyan explained that Yerevan does not interfere in the organization’s affairs and asks that his vote not be considered a veto.
Armenia will not put forward proposals or participate in the development of the CSTO documents.
We are outside the CSTO and let them decide what they want, the Prime Minister added.
Pashinyan explained that the difference in Armenia’s and Russia’s perception of the situation with the CSTO makes it impossible for the republic to return to the organization.
Following the CSTO summit at the end of November, it was reported that Armenia was taking a break without leaving the organization.
However, Pashinyan’s statement makes Armenia’s return to the organization virtually impossible.
