Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said that during Donald Trump's presidency in the United States, relations between Washington and Moscow were not too declining.
According to a Kremlin spokesman, the US and Russia communicated during those years.
Peskov pointed out: “Russian-American relations were not lying at the bottom like a sunken ship,” as reported by Komsomolskaya Pravda .
