On behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin, the First Deputy Prime Minister will monitor the issue of waste processing plants in the Russian Federation.
Putin asked Denis Manturov about the factories that Rostec was supposedly planning to build.
Where are the waste processing plants? Rostec was supposed to build them? Putin asked. TASS reports this.
During a meeting of the Council for Strategic Development and National Projects, he asked Manturov to report on the issue of construction and launch of waste processing plants.
Manturov said that two such plants are planned to be launched in the first quarter of 2025. He also invited Putin to the opening to "cut the ribbon."
Putin called for a report on how many factories were planned to be completed and in what time frame.
He also asked where the money was and how it was being spent according to the action plan.
Putin suggested that Manturov report on this work directly to Mishustin in order to understand what is happening in the construction issue.
