The Federation Council has spoken out about the rapidly gaining popularity movement called quadrobing.
According to Olga Epifanova, parental rights should not be revoked for this, but the problem should not be ignored either.
The senator expressed her opinion in a comment to the RIA Novosti agency.

According to Epifanova, actions should be taken in accordance with the law.
For example, if a child who is into quad biking actually imagines himself to be a dog or a cat and bites someone, the punishment should be appropriate.
Such actions are classified as hooliganism, and the parents will be held responsible for their minor offspring. She reminded that such an offense can be punished with a fine or sentenced to disciplinary action.
However, in such a case it is unnecessary to talk about deprivation of parental rights.
In turn, the senator acknowledged that the rapid growth in popularity of quad skating must be combated.
According to Epifanova, this subculture is no less destructive than other Western trends that have previously been banned in the Russian Federation.
