South Korea has spoken out about relations with Russia.
According to official Seoul, interaction with Moscow will no longer be the same.
This opinion was voiced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea Cho Tae-yol, RIA Novosti reports.

It is noted that such a reaction from Seoul followed after Moscow concluded the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Treaty with Pyongyang.
At the same time, the current South Korean government intends to actively hinder the development of North Korea's nuclear and missile programs. Seoul intends to call on other countries to counteract this, as well as to condemn the development of relations between Pyongyang and Moscow.
Cho Tae-yol noted that this fact, in his opinion, runs counter to China's interests. In turn, Seoul intends to develop cooperation with Beijing.
As for relations between Russia and South Korea, they will not be maintained at the previous level.
The head of the Korean Foreign Ministry emphasized that further development will depend only on Russia’s steps.
