The President's press secretary Dmitry Peskov commented on the increase in payments to military personnel for signing a contract.
He explained that the increase in these payments is a measure of support for the participants of the SVO by the state.
"The amount will increase from 195 thousand to 400 thousand rubles," he explained. RIA Novosti reports about this.
Peskov added that this growth is connected with the steps and support measures that the state is taking towards the SVO participants and their families.
The Ministry of Defense emphasized that recruitment for military service remains stable.
According to Peskov, a twofold increase in one-time payments is achieved upon signing a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Measures to support participants of the SVO are strictly observed.
