Who is involved in bullying?

As a rule, the instigator of bullying is a person who has no empathy at all. Most often, these are children who themselves have experienced bullying in the family and decided to take revenge for it at school.

There are usually several other personality types in the company of those who bully.

Those who are closest to the instigators become accomplices. They offend the object of bullying for pleasure, but they cannot become the initiators of bullying because they are too cowardly.

The second type are those who consider bullying to be fair. These are children who find justification for their actions in any situation.

Children who are potential victims of bullying also participate in bullying. And in order not to become them, they have to support the instigators themselves.
