Moscow's Tagansky Court has issued a verdict against one of the defendants in the case of singer Larisa Dolina's apartment.
Andrey Dmitrievich Osnova is accused of fraud.
The press service of the Moscow court told RIA Novosti about the measures taken against the defendant in the case.
Let us recall that we are talking about a case in which the victim is the famous performer Larisa Dolina.
The scammers targeted the celebrity between April and July 2024, causing the singer to transfer money to the scammers, supposedly to safe accounts, to save it from theft.
As a result, the woman who played the role of the courier, as well as the two men who received funds on their cards, are considered by law enforcement agencies as fraudsters.
As the investigation found out, 20-year-old Tolyatti native Andrey Osnova issued a bank card in his own name, after which he provided it for use to fraudsters.
After the money was deposited into the account, the young man came to Perm and withdrew 2.7 million rubles from the account, which he then transferred to the scammers.
The court ordered that Osnova be remanded in custody for a period of 1 month 4 hours.
