This information was shared by the RIA Novosti agency with a link to a corresponding advertisement posted on Avito.
It is specified that almost 13 hectares of land on the bank of the Istra River in the village of Leshkovo will cost a potential buyer 690 million rubles. The property is located 18 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road.
According to the advertisement, the area is landscaped for living, with all necessary utilities provided, including gas, electricity, sewerage and water.
The property where the show was filmed consists of several lots. There are four residential buildings on the 6 hectares, which are planted with pine trees.
Let us recall that the popular show, where Olga Buzova, Ksenia Borodina and Instasamka once began their careers, aired on the TNT channel from 2004 to 2020.
