Andrei Arshavin said that his ex-wife suddenly wrote to him years later.
The famous football player shared that Yulia Baranovskaya decided to return his things to him after 12 years.
The athlete spoke about this on the air of the show “Locks, Money, Two Balls” on the Rutube platform.
Arshavin had broken up with the TV presenter a long time ago and did not expect to receive a message from her one day.
It said that Yulia wanted to return the footballer's things.
"So she kept them for 12 years. What? Because she was hungover? I thought, wow, how kind, how good... I meet my daughter, I ask what happened to her mother, is she completely crazy, did she go? She says, 'No, we were just flooded, your things were there, so we decided to return them!'" Arshavin said.
The athlete dispelled speculation that he regrets breaking up with Baranovskaya.
Andrey assured that he had made the right decision. He came to this conclusion years later.
The footballer noted that after the breakup his career took off.
But at the same time, Arshavin stated that he considers Yulia a strong woman.
