In Omsk, they spoke out against Leonid Agutin and the actors of “Quartet I” giving a concert in their city.
The Omsk Council of Atamans of the Cossack People appealed to the regional governor Vitaly Khotsenko with a request to cancel the concert.
The text of the letter was posted in the organization’s community on the social network VKontakte.

Omsk Cossacks claim that they were approached by concerned citizens who were outraged by the fact that Agutin and the Quartet I concert was being held. The event is scheduled for February 5, 2025.
Residents of Omsk are unhappy with the artists' liberal and pro-Western views, and therefore appealed to the supervisory authorities with a request to cancel their performance.
However, as specified in the letter, this fact did not interest the supervisory authorities, and therefore people had to turn to the Cossacks.
The chieftains expressed hope that the Khotsenko administration would check the information provided and come to appropriate conclusions.
It is noted that as of December 12, tickets for the above event are still on sale, and there has been no information about the cancellation of the concert.
