Philip Kirkorov explained why Nastya Ivleeva did not get a role in the New Year's film "The Undiamond Arm".
The singer opened up about this topic on his social media page.
Just a year ago, Kirkorov and Ivleeva demonstrated their friendly relations in public.
The People's Artist of Russia even attended the blogger's scandalous party, but later apologized several times.
Now the performer is trying in every way to deny his friendship with Ivleeva and does not want to participate in joint projects with her.
When the cast of the film “The Undiamond Arm” was being formed, information appeared that one of the roles might go to Nastya.
Kirkorov admitted that such rumors surprised and outraged him. The singer immediately went to the authors of the project and stated his position.
“I immediately made it clear to the authors of “The Unbrilliant Arm” and Tina Kandelaki that hype is hype, but I will not appear in the same frame with Ivleeva,” the artist shared.
Thus, Ivleeva lost the chance to star in a new film because of the king of pop.
The singer took the blame and wished Nastya all the best.
He also expressed hope that the new film will receive the highest marks from critics and will top the list of New Year's films this season.
