Russian musician and poet Garik Sukachev has been deprived of his driving license for a year and a half by a decision of the Meshchansky District Magistrate's Court in Moscow.
The reason for the punishment was Sukachev’s refusal to undergo a medical examination for intoxication.
The violation resulted in an administrative fine of 30 thousand rubles.
The court decided to deprive the musician of his right to drive a vehicle for 1.5 years.
The Telegram channel of the capital's courts of general jurisdiction reports that Sukachev has been brought to administrative responsibility.
