It is noted that the disputed property is the only one that was acquired by the ex-spouses jointly. At one time, they purchased a house for 70 million rubles and paid this amount in mortgage.
Now the value of the mansion has increased and is estimated at 100 million rubles.
Pelageya intends to resolve the issue of the value of the house through the court, since she believes that Ivan Telegin’s share was assessed incorrectly.
According to the singer, her ex-husband does not participate in paying utility bills for the mansion, and does not invest any other funds in the maintenance of the property.
Telegin stopped paying for the property last year. As a result of previous legal battles, Pelageya had already managed to obtain compensation for the expenses she had incurred.
