This category of Russians may have a new obligation.
Russians must monitor and maintain the proper level of technical condition of a building that represents historical value.
The initiative will be considered by the Duma deputies. The corresponding bill has already been submitted for discussion, TASS reports.
The authors of the proposal believe that this way, owners of historical monuments can reduce costs for organizing and carrying out repair and reconstruction work.
Russians must ensure that the cultural heritage site is in proper technical condition without deteriorating its physical condition or changing its protected object.
In addition, it has been proposed to introduce a simplified procedure for repair work on engineering systems involved in the supply of electricity, heat, and water.
A similar regime will be extended to objects that are in common ownership (yard facades, sidewalks, shrubs, etc.).
