In June, Sevastopol suffered from an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. As a result, a huge number of citizens were injured. Several people also died.
In connection with the incident, the authorities decided to train people in first aid.
First aid courses were held in Sevastopol. Details were reported by TASS with reference to the director of the Sevastopol public safety department Alexey Krasnokutsky and the city governor Mikhail Razvozhayev.

It is noted that the courses were free. More than 2 thousand people took them.
Krasnokutsky specified that from July 6 to 14, 2,002 people learned first aid techniques.
According to him, training takes place in groups. Each group consists of 30 students.
The Governor noted that if the number of people wishing to take advantage of the free opportunity to take courses increases, the number of classes will increase.
It is added that knowledge of first aid allows people to save victims.
