In an interview with Radio 1 , the doctor said that black tea is good for your health.

We are talking primarily about a quality brewed drink. It contains antioxidants, B vitamins, magnesium, iron, flavonoids.
But the number of safe servings is smaller than is commonly believed, the nutritionist emphasized.
Black tea also contains caffeine and tannins. Because of them, it is worth limiting the consumption of this drink.
Therefore, you should drink this tea no more than once a day. And it is not recommended to make the drink too strong: "It literally becomes poison."
The blow is directed at both the heart and the gastrointestinal tract.
If you drink black tea in moderation and do not brew it for a long time, then there is benefit for the body. In other cases, there is more harm.
