Kaspersky ICS CERT expert Vladimir Dashchenko stated that after the arrest of the founder of Telegram, it is not worth deleting the messenger from your device.
According to Dashchenko, this circumstance will not affect the work of Telegram in any way.
The analyst explained: "The messenger's security will remain the same. You can safely use the service," as reported by RIA Novosti .
As the expert emphasized, the main thing when using Telegram is to follow standard security rules.

Dashchenko added: “If you use the service to read the news or just communicate, then you have nothing to worry about.”
In other cases, illegal data, for example, may be available to law enforcement through vulnerabilities or other aspects.
The expert believes that you should not log into Telegram on third-party resources. It is better to do this from your personal smartphone and personal computer.
