The head of the Ministry of Education issued a warning to Russian families.
According to the head of the department, smartphones and tablets represent one of the main dangers for parents.
Sergei Kravtsov made this statement during the VIII All-Russian Congress of Preschool Education Workers, RIA Novosti reports.
The head of the Ministry of Education condemned the tendency of modern parents to give a 3-4 year old child a gadget so that it does not interfere.
According to the expert, it is precisely because of this behavior of parents that they later complain that the child does not respect them and does not listen to them.
He emphasized that 10-20 years ago no one could even think of such a problem. However, now this is a modern reality, and therefore measures must be taken.
Kravtsov stated that serious work is needed to educate parents of minors in order to avoid an increase in the number of children with developmental disabilities that arise as a result of gadget abuse.
