It is noted that smokers should not eat beef liver. This is due to the product containing a large amount of vitamin A, which is not recommended for smokers. This vitamin can lead to lung cancer in these people.

According to the expert, large amounts of vitamin A can be harmful to pregnant women.

She noted that liver is also not recommended for people who have a lot of copper in their bodies.

It is added that in general, liver is a healthy product. In the absence of contraindications, it is best to give preference to rabbit and lamb liver.
