An unusual incident that occurred in Ufa has become known.
Several men converted a pickup truck into a swimming pool and drove around the city in it, handing out flowers to passersby.
The Ufa State Traffic Safety Inspectorate reported the incident on its Telegram channel.
It is noted that law enforcement officers learned about the incident while monitoring social networks.
It was discovered that the alleged owner of the Haval Poer King Kong converted the body of his pickup truck into a pool, after which he put passengers in it and drove them around Ufa.
As the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate clarified, transporting passengers in this manner is a violation of traffic rules.
Two 27-year-old passengers who sat in a makeshift pool and handed out white roses to people were eventually fined. The reason for the punishment was the lack of a seat belt.
The 22-year-old young man who was driving the car was charged on three counts:
- unfastened seat belt;
- concealment of number plates;
- Violation of established rules for the transportation of passengers.
According to the preliminary version, there was a version expressed on social networks that the Ufa residents were advertising a flower shop in this way.
