The pensioner fell for a classic scam.

First they called her and told her that several loans had allegedly been taken out in her name.

To pay off the resulting debt, she was offered to take out a loan herself.

Then the scammers began to convince the woman to sell the apartment in order to save her savings and get rid of her debts.

The woman did everything that the unknown people told her to do, and then she came to her senses and began looking for ways to cancel the deal.

A forensic examination was carried out, which confirmed that the Russian woman had been misled.

The transaction was declared invalid and the rights to the property were returned to the pensioner.

The woman sent the money she received for the apartment to the scammers. But she will still have to return the money to the would-be buyers.
