The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of the Russian Federation reported that recently there have been problems with the distribution of wireless mobile Internet via smartphones.
It is indicated that users mainly complain about speed limits.
FAS, in particular, reports: “Distribution of the Internet via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or USB is carried out in an unsatisfactory manner,” as reported by RBC .

It is emphasized that complaints of this kind were first voiced in the spring of this year.
Critical situation
According to the agency, the situation did not affect the work of any specific operator.
The companies themselves explained the existence of the problem by the need to maintain continuous operation of the Internet.
The FAS, in turn, notes that at present, complaints are being analyzed in accordance with the procedure established by law.
However, it is not specified in what period exactly the number of complaints began to grow rapidly.
