Ingredients

To make a smoothie you will need the following:

  • matcha powder – 1.5 tsp,
  • banana slices – 0.5 cup,
  • peaches – 0.5 cups,
  • spinach – 0.5 cups,
  • almond milk – 0.5 cup,
  • almonds – 5 tbsp,
  • maple syrup – 1 teaspoon,
  • kiwi - half a fruit.

If you have laid out the necessary ingredients on the table, then you can safely start cooking:

1. Place banana slices and peaches cut into pieces into a blender bowl.

2. Pour milk there, add 3 tablespoons of almonds, syrup, powder, chopped spinach.
