Chef and culinary expert Yulia Arkhipova told how to make fluffy pancakes with kefir.
Pour half a liter of kefir into a bowl and add one egg.
Then add one and a half tablespoons of sugar, salt to taste and mix everything thoroughly.
Add a teaspoon of soda to two and a half cups of flour. Then pour this mixture into the kefir.
Mix again and leave the dough for 30 minutes. Then simply fry it in a frying pan.
After the dough has rested, it must not be stirred again. Otherwise, the structure will be damaged and the pancakes will fall.
Do not stir the dough too vigorously or use a mixer for this.
The dough must be placed on a well-heated frying pan.
But you can't fry pancakes at too high a temperature. The fire should be moderate.
