Despite the apparent simplicity of the dish, there are a few tricks that will help make its taste even better.

Firstly, it is best to use a cast iron or steel pan for cooking caviar, since such cookware allows for more even heating of the products.

Another trick is to use only young zucchini. This will guarantee a delicate taste of the finished dish.

You can also make caviar lean: to do this, simply stew the zucchini in its own juice without adding oil.

If you want the caviar to have a smooth texture, then you need to add golden-fried flour to it. For 1 kilogram of vegetables, 1 tablespoon of flour is enough.
