  • 750 g Greek yogurt,

1. Place the grated beetroot in a saucepan. Add 3 tablespoons of squeezed lemon juice.

2. Pour in cold water. Start boiling, and after 5 minutes remove from heat.

3. Cut the radishes and cucumbers into strips, chop the greens, add the squeezed garlic. Add these ingredients to the cooled beets.

4. Add the sliced sausage and yogurt there.

5. Add the required amount of salt and refrigerate for several hours.
