To prepare a spicy side dish you will need:
Chop the persimmon into thin slices, cut the fillet into long strips, and the onion into half rings.
Place the salad in a salad bowl, layer the persimmon, fillet, cheese cut into small cubes and onion on top.
The dressing for this salad is made from 3 tablespoons of lemon juice and zest mixed with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of honey. Salt and pepper are added to the dressing to taste.
After seasoning the dish, sprinkle seeds on top.
